Depending on the nature of the case, we offer an hourly- or flat-rate service. Flat-rate charges apply to new visa applications which include no character or health issues. Hourly rates apply to all other cases. Flat-rate cases must be paid upfront, and payment plans can negotiated. Advanced partial payment may be required for complex and/or litigation cases.
Our professionals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in ten minute increments and round down when invoicing. Timesheets are included with all hourly-rate invoices. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you are never over-billed for unproductive time.

Initial advice is provided on a flat-rate basis. During the initial consultation, we will meet (in person or through video conference) to discuss your individual needs, hear your story and goals, and give you an idea of how we work. A detailed Advice Notice in writing will then follow. You are then free to decide to engage us, should we meet your needs.
